Happy Cherubs

To The Cherubs Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express our thanks for making Dalton’s first day at your daycare such a positive experience. Given some of our past daycare experiences, we were a bit nervous, but it was clear from the moment we arrived that this would be a great fit for him.

We truly appreciated the thoughtful setup of the learning experiences in the room. A special thanks to Glenda for her effort at drop-off to engage with Dalton and make him feel included. It made leaving him there so much easier knowing he had such a warm welcome.

We also want to acknowledge the support provided by the team throughout the day. On pickup, Lisa was so helpful with the admin side of things, and Karlie, Grace, and Makayla were wonderful with Dalton-the update throughout the day, helping him put his shoes on and ensuring his bag was packed and ready to go. It really stood out how much care was taken in every detail.

Another thing we really appreciated was that Dalton came home clean with the same shorts on, which suggests that the staff was proactive in supporting his toilet training.

Thank you again for such a warm, welcoming, and organised experience. We’re so glad we made the move to your daycare and look forward to Dalton having many more great days with you all.

Hi Lisa,

I wanted to reiterate in writing the things I shared with you this morning. Bree and I have been so grateful for the care that Logan and Evelyn have received from Cherubs. Logan's been to many different daycares because of COVID, centres going out of business, and our move up from Sydney and Cherubs has been our absolute favourite. The staff make our family feel incredibly welcome and our kids have been thriving while they've been enrolled.

Please pass this onto the team. They deserve to know how much they are appreciated for all the amazing, hard work they do to care for our kids.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with absolutely every interaction we’ve had at Cherubs Early Learning.

We have experienced many childcare centres across four of our children and have to say this is hands down the very best we have had the gift of attending.

Our daughter has transitioned with ease and without any separation anxiety. The teachers are intuitive, empathetic and responsive to all our needs. Miss Grace, Miss Kat and Miss Glenda have been a stand out for our daughter.

Lisa the owner/director has been by far the most responsive and accommodating to our needs than we have ever had. We couldn’t feel luckier than to have secured a spot here for our daughter.

We only wish that we had have the option to have sent our older kids here. Robin is also also a legend.

"Cherubs center was the first one I visited when I was trying to find the best one for my little one, Luca.

We got lucky and got a spot for him this year in the toddler’s room. He started this week and I can’t be happier with the whole process.

We started earlier doing some play dates, getting Luca to know the space, the kids and teachers. It has been a really nice and gentle transition as he felt more comfortable the first day.

It has been tough for all of us specially for Luca but Amanda and the rest of the girls have been so nice, giving him lots of cuddles. Kathleen and Lisa also kept me updated on his first days and I can’t thank them enough.

We’re so happy and can’t wait to see him progressing and enjoying this year at Cherubs 🙂 Highly recommend ✨"

I honestly can’t thank Lisa and the team at Cherubs enough.

Being a first time mum and trying to work out where to send your little ones is hard, but as we walked into Cherubs we have never felt more welcomed and comfortable than what we did.

I highly recommend Cherubs to anyone that is looking for a Daycare for their little ones.

My 2.5 year old came to Cherubs after starting out in Family Day Care environment, she has absolutely thrived here and the transition to the centre was extremely positive.

Now she absolutely loves coming to her Kindy, the staff care for the kids like family.

In fact, we bumped into one of her teachers the other day at the shops, and I said to my one 'that was nice we just saw your teacher' and she replied, 'mum she is my friend and I love her very much!'

I am certain she feels the same about all her teachers at Cherubs.

"After having a difficult time finding the right centre for my son, I was referred to Cherubs ELC from a friend. From the very first phone call to enquire about Cherubs ELC the director Lisa and her staff have been absolutely fantastic.

Nothing has been too much and even when I showed up on short notice, I was treated with the most caring and understanding attitude.

My son has come home from kindy each day with a smile on his face and does not stop talking about all the things he has done during the day. Cherubs ELC has provided my son with a safe and supporting environment and made my mornings 100 times better with having such amazing drop offs.

For the first time ever, my son runs off to play with his friends and doesn't even look back. It has made such a huge impact to our days and I'm so thankful to Lisa and all the staff at Cherubs ELC for their time and effort in creating such a beautiful centre."

Hi Lisa and Ladies,

We wanted to thank you for helping Elka make such a positive transition to the centre since starting at the end of January.

Elka was born in Sydney in September 2020, and consequently spent half of her life in lockdown before moving to the Tweed Region at 15 months old. I think in some ways this explains why she wants a cuddle on arrival each morning!

We have noticed several differences in Elka over the past 2 months. She is talking so much and listening to instructions so well. She has been a delight, especially when spending time one on one with Mum and Dad. Even Elka's Grandma and Grandpa have noticed how loving and independent Elka has become.

Everyday when I pick Elka up, she tells me with delight "Mum, I played with my friends".

You guys have certainly added beautiful stability to Elka's life and our family routine so thank you for all you do.
